Top Quality Construction, Inc. was founded in 1984 in Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania, by three brothers, Jacob, Charles, and John Herbst, with the commitment to supply clients with excellent service, very high-quality work, and reasonably priced construction for all types of residential and light commercial work. Over the years, we have grown to ten employees, all dedicated to providing excellent quality carpentry, excavation, and concrete work, all on time and on budget. Our commitment to our clients has enabled us to operate and expand our business by receiving 95% of our work through repeat clients and their referrals.
