Our Story

Our journey began in 2017 when Chris Keller purchased Richard D. Markey Inc., a company with a 46-year history of delivering high-quality commercial building construction in York, PA, and the surrounding area. With over 28 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Chris brought his vision to reality, driven by a simple yet powerful question: "What if a construction company actually operated with honesty and integrity?" This commitment to integrity has led to rapid growth, including a long and growing list of repeat customers, and recognition as one of the "Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies" by Central Penn Business Journal in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
