Our team, led by founder Vanessa, is dedicated to making your wedding day an unforgettable and joyful experience. Vanessa has always had a passion for weddings and the magic that comes with them. After working with a wedding planner during college and planning her own wedding, she decided to pursue her dream and open her own business. For years, Vanessa and her team have had the privilege of working with brides to ensure their wedding day is one filled with fun and free of stress.

At Spectacular Saturdays, we understand that there are many working parts to a wedding day, and we are here to guide you and your fiance every step of the way. From coordinating with vendors, setting up your ceremony and reception, to ensuring all the important pieces of your day flow together smoothly, we are committed to making your wedding day truly spectacular. Our team stays up-to-date with the latest wedding trends and builds relationships with other wedding professionals to provide you with the best vendor suggestions for your big day.

Our Services

At Spectacular Saturdays, we offer a range of services to meet the unique needs of every couple. We understand that every couple has different planning needs, and we are here to support you in any way we can.

*Full Service*: For the busy couple who wants support throughout their engagement and on their wedding day, this package is for you. With the Full Service package, you'll receive scheduling help, meeting attendance, etiquette and design advice, access to our online planning portal, and more. We'll work closely with you to understand your vision and find all the vendors that can help make that dream come true. With our expertise and guidance, you can relax and enjoy your engagement and wedding day, knowing that every detail is taken care of.

*Partial Planning*: For the couple who has hired a few vendors (or plans to), but wants some relief so they can enjoy their once-in-a-lifetime engagement experience and wedding day, this package is for you. We'll meet you where you're at, bring additional clarity and guidance, and plan your wedding according to your vision. With our Partial Planning package, you'll have more free time and more space to enjoy yourself and soak up this moment, while we manage the process.

*Month of Coordination*: For the couple who has decided they want to be fully present on their wedding day and they want their family and friends to relax and celebrate too, this package is for you. This package starts 6 weeks out before the big day. We'll meet with you in-person to ensure an easy transition and error-free hand over. We'll confirm and double check with all your vendors and manage your rehearsal and wedding day. With our Month of Coordination package, you can spend the month before you say "I do!" enjoying the time you have left and step into your dress rested and ready to celebrate.

*Week of Coordination*: For the go-getters who've cleared their schedule to plan their big day or have already planned their big day, but want some rest and rejuvenation leading up to their wedding, this package is for you. We'll take over the process two weeks prior to your wedding, introduce ourselves to your vendors, and manage your ceremony and reception, so you and your family can enjoy the peace and excitement of your wedding day without rushing around.

*Ceremony Only*: This package is perfect for the couple who only needs assistance for the ceremony. We will coordinate the rehearsal the day before, coordinate with all the vendors, set up and break down and help make sure you have a unforgettable ceremony.
