Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Special orders typically arrive within 4-6 weeks.
Can I return custom jewelry?
Custom pieces require a 50% nonrefundable deposit and are nonreturnable, though minor adjustments can be made post-delivery.
How do diamond upgrades work?
After one year, upgrade your center diamond to a higher value piece, provided the original diamond remains in pristine condition with documentation.
What repair services are available?
We offer ring sizing, stone setting, polishing, pearl restringing, watch repairs, and more using laser technology and master jewelers.
How are appraisal fees structured?
First item $125; additional items $100 each. Free appraisals with in-store purchases. Rush services incur extra fees.
Do you buy silver jewelry?
We currently only purchase gold, platinum, and loose diamonds. Silver items are not accepted for resale.
