Our Projects

We've worked on numerous projects across Nashville and beyond, from hotels and fitness centers to office buildings and retail spaces. Some of our notable projects include:

• Hilton Alpharetta: We worked with Chartwell Hospitality LLC to build a new Hilton Hotel in Georgia's Fulton County, overcoming challenges such as soil issues, delayed materials, and COVID-19.
• Turnip Truck: We managed the renovation of a 1940s structure for Turnip Truck, allowing the owners to focus on operating their existing stores while we handled the multiple moving parts of the adaptive reuse project.
• Planet Fitness Network of Centers: We've built fitness centers across Tennessee for Planet Fitness, starting our relationship in 2013.
• Pleasant Grove Office Building: We constructed a four-story office building in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., to help fill the need for Class A office space in the fast-growing area.
