Carbine & Associates is a Professional Residential Building Company based in Franklin, Tennessee. We have been in the business for over 30 years and have built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and passion. Our portfolio includes interests in and ownership of residential and commercial properties throughout Middle Tennessee and the surrounding areas.

Our team consists of some of the most experienced home builders in the region. Our founder, James Carbine, originally from Florence, Alabama, has been in the business for decades. Alongside James, Daryl Walny, born and raised in Roseville, Michigan, brings his extensive experience in construction management from Michigan State University. Beth Sturm, a seasoned real estate professional, represents Carbine & Associates new home sales in Davidson and Williamson Counties as well as home resales. Suzanne Walters, our Chief Financial Officer, has been with us since 1999, overseeing the financial aspects for the company. Kim Dykes, who has been an integral part of our building and development for the past 30 years, serves as Chief of Estimating and Operations. Lastly, Kristen Carbine, who has a legacy and love of the home building industry, is an affiliate broker with PARKS Realty - Downtown Franklin.
