Our Story

Our restaurant was founded by two passionate restaurateurs, Vassil Pertchinkov and Yassen "Yoshi" Tonev. Both Vassil and Yoshi have a deep understanding of what it takes to create an unforgettable dining experience. About Our Owners

Vassil Pertchinkov, our General Manager and Owner, has been a fixture in the Malibu restaurant scene for over 19 years. During this time, he has built a reputation for his exceptional hospitality and ability to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. Vassil's commitment to providing an unforgettable dining experience has earned him a loyal following among locals and visitors alike.

Yassen "Yoshi" Tonev, our Mixologist and Co-Owner, has been a driving force behind our bar program. With years of experience as a head bartender, Yoshi has developed a unique and innovative approach to crafting cocktails.
