About Us

Our story began with our executive chef, Barry Robinson, who has been a professional chef since 1984. Barry's culinary journey started in Australia, where he worked in the pastry field at the Hilton Hotel in Melbourne. He then moved to Europe, where he worked as a pastry chef at the prestigious Burg Hotel in Lech, Austria. Throughout his career, Barry has traveled extensively, refining his skills in the culinary arts in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Colorado.

Barry's dedication to providing the best possible experience for his clients is unmatched. He is the owner and chef of Caterers of Vail, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality. His commitment to detail and his ability to understand and meet the unique needs of each client have earned him a reputation as one of the best caterers in the Vail Valley.

• Personalized Wedding Menu Design: We offer a free tasting for all future brides and grooms, allowing you to experience our exceptional cuisine firsthand. We can also help you design a custom wedding menu that fits your style, budget, and preferences.
• Reception Space: Through our partnership with The Antlers at Vail, we can provide over 2,000 square feet of reception space for your Donovan Pavilion wedding reception, rehearsal dinner parties, farewell breakfasts, and brunches. The Antlers at Vail also offers special group rates for out-of-town guests.
• Place Settings and Linens: We pride ourselves on providing menus for all styles of weddings and budgets, including place settings and linens for up to 200 people.
