Services
Overnight Boarding
Our secure indoor facility provides comfortable overnight stays with climate-controlled environments, private kennels, and personalized care. Each guest receives daily attention, meals, and medication administration. The 24-hour temperature control ensures pet comfort regardless of weather conditions while maintaining strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
Dog Daycare
Supervised playgroups offer mental stimulation and physical exercise in a safe environment. Dogs are grouped by size, age, and activity level with trained staff monitoring social interactions. The rubber-matted flooring reduces joint stress and prevents slips while allowing continuous play throughout the day.
Suds N Scrubs
We provide essential grooming services including baths, blow drying, and nail trimming using pet-safe products. Services are available on-demand for daycare guests and scheduled for boarding pets. Each session includes customized shampoo, brushing, and fragrance spritz to ensure pets return home clean and refreshed.
Customer Portal
Our digital platform enables 24/7 reservation management, package purchases, and care instruction updates. Clients can submit vaccination records, set emergency contacts, and track package expiration dates. The system maintains secure records while offering convenient payment options and service customization.
Introductory Day
New guests participate in a structured introduction to assess social behavior and acclimate to the environment. Staff gradually integrate dogs into playgroups while monitoring comfort levels. This mandatory evaluation ensures safety and helps determine appropriate playgroup placement for continued positive experiences.
