We provide boarding, grooming, training, and daycare services for dogs. All packages include personalized care, medication administration, and 24/7 supervision in climate-controlled facilities.
What are your cancellation policies?
We require one week's notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations incur a fee of 1-2 days' charges to cover reserved accommodations and prepared resources.
What vaccination records are required?
Dogs must have current Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations. We recommend Bordetella boosters every six months for pets in high-traffic environments.
Do you offer pet update notifications?
Yes, we provide 'Pupdate' text messages with photos and progress reports during your pet's stay upon request, ensuring you stay connected with your furry companion.
