Our Story

The roots of Metropolitan Escrow, Inc. grow deep in Nashville, Tennessee. Our founders, Patricia Nicholls and Anita Lester, have been a part of the title insurance industry for over 35 years. With a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service, they started Metropolitan Escrow, Inc. in 1984. What began as a small operation with Patricia and Anita working out of their cars grew into a successful title insurance company, building a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
