Recognizing her passion and natural talent, she took the leap of faith to turn her baking hobby into a full-fledged business. Her self-taught expertise encompasses both buttercream and fondant, allowing her to create intricate designs and breathtaking edible works of art.

Over the years, Polkadot Cake Shop has blossomed into a multifaceted business, expanding its offerings to include a mobile catering caravan and a dedicated teaching space for themed decorating classes and private parties. Our custom cake studio, opened in 2016, serves as the heart of our operations, where we meticulously craft each delicious creation.
