Pabade Bakery & Cafe is a family-owned bakery and cafe nestled in the vibrant heart of East Harlem. Founded by the Carvajal siblings, Yolfer, Donny, and Dahyanna, our passion for delicious pastries, traditional baking, and the community drew us together to create something special.
Inspired by their aunt's delightful dishes, Yolfer honed his skills in a French-Jewish culinary school and brought his dream of baking professionally to life in the United States. Joined by his siblings, they launched Pabade in 2016 as a wholesale bakery, later expanding into a charming cafe in 2019.
