Blessed At Home is a Christ-centered home care agency dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services to patients facing injury or illness. Our mission is to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Our Mission

At Blessed At Home, our mission is to provide Christ-centered care in the comfort of our patients' homes. We understand that healing is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual. Our services are designed to promote overall well-being, enabling patients to maintain their dignity and independence in a familiar environment.

Our Story

Blessed At Home was founded by two home health nurses with a combined total of 35 years of experience in the industry. Their vision was to create a home care agency that provides not only quality medical care but also advances the Kingdom of God. Based in rural southern Ohio, Blessed At Home initially serves residents of Lawrence, Scioto, Pike, and Jackson counties.

Our Services

Blessed At Home offers a range of home care services, including Medicare and Medicaid skilled home health services such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social work services. We also provide personal care and homemaking assistance under the Ohio Passport program.

Our home care services include:

• Medication Management: Our professional and reliable medication education services cater to all our patients' specific requests and demands, ensuring personalized attention and safe medication management.
• Wound Care Service: Our nursing personnel are adequately trained and educated in wound care. We offer various techniques tailored to each wound type, including diabetic ulcers, non-healing wounds, surgical incisions, and more.
• Rehabilitation Therapy: Our rehabilitation therapy services enable patients to get back to their strongest. Our highly skilled therapists will help patients reach full recovery in the comfort of their own homes.
• Diabetic Education: Our informative, clear, and concise diabetic education empowers patients to manage their condition effectively, promoting a better quality of life.
