We are dedicated to providing easy, seamless, and timely access to care for all our patients. Our team of dedicated, Board Certified/Board Eligible health professionals includes family practice physicians, dentists, adult psychiatrists, child and adolescent psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and advanced practice nurses. We also employ highly skilled and compassionate licensed mental health providers, including social workers, counselors, psychologists, and chemical dependency counselors.

Our staff is supported by a hard-working and wonderful group of clerical and administrative support staff. We are proud to have 22 locations spanning nine counties in Southeastern Ohio, ensuring that our services are accessible to those who need them most. Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of patients and individuals from the communities we serve, ensuring that our decisions are guided by the needs and values of our community.
