• 2015-Current: Hair Extensions by Nikki - As a solo entrepreneur, Nikki has been dedicated to providing exceptional hair extension services and training in Citrus Heights, California. She has developed the NSBW technique to eliminate issues associated with glue and thread methods. Nikki is also a certified Plasma Fibroblast technician, offering non-surgical skin tightening treatments.

• 2009-2015: Glo Salon - At the age of 21, Nikki opened Glo Salon in Downtown Fullerton, California. The salon grew from two chairs to a 12-chair facility with additional services and won the #1 Orange County Salon title for five consecutive years. After selling Glo Salon, Nikki pursued her passion for hair extensions and training, connecting with clients one-on-one and focusing on her craft.

• 2024-Current: Cosmetology Instructor at Milan Institute - Nikki has developed and implemented cosmetology curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
