We offer individual psychotherapy to adults (18+ years old) in Plano and nearby areas such as Frisco, Allen, The Colony, Carrollton, and Addison. Our practice is diversity-affirmative, and we believe all people deserve respect and compassion. Our services include in-person sessions as well as telehealth sessions. We can discuss which meeting format is best for your therapy.

Before beginning therapy, we will schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to briefly discuss what type of support you're looking for and how we might be of help. During our initial sessions, we will focus on getting to know one another, establishing expectations, and identifying therapeutic goals.
