Susan Fletcher, PH D

Welcome to the practice of Dr. Susan Fletcher, a licensed psychologist with over two decades of experience in providing therapy, forensic psychological evaluations, and expert witness testimony. Our office is located in Texas, and Dr. Fletcher is also licensed to practice psychology in the state of Colorado.

Dr. Fletcher received her Master's degree and Ph. D. in Psychology from Texas Woman's University after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. She completed an internship at the Child Study Center, Cook Children's Medical Center, and at the Fort Worth Independent School District, with a focus on the assessment and treatment of children and families.

In her private practice, Dr. Fletcher specializes in providing therapy, forensic psychological evaluations, child custody evaluations, and expert witness testimony. She also provides work product reviews of other mental health professionals and behind-the-scenes consulting to attorneys for litigation support. Dr. Fletcher is experienced in presenting at local, state, and national conferences for both mental health professionals and family law attorneys. She has served as a board member for the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC), the agencies that regulate the practice of mental health services in Texas.

Forensic Services

Dr. Fletcher offers a range of forensic services, including court-ordered evaluations, work product reviews, and expert witness testimony. She is experienced in providing child custody evaluations and has served as an expert witness in a variety of family law cases. Dr. Fletcher's evaluations are thorough and objective, and she is committed to providing accurate and reliable information to the court.

In addition to her forensic services, Dr. Fletcher also provides resources for attorneys and mental health professionals. She offers training for attorneys and mental health professionals on reunification therapy and other topics related to family law. Dr. Fletcher is also the author of two books, Parenting in the Smart Zone and Working in the Smart Zone.

She has extensive experience training other mental health providers, attorneys, and judges regarding the latest research and best practices for procedures and methodologies for reunification therapy to be effective. Dr. Fletcher is dedicated to helping families heal and reunite, and she provides compassionate and evidence-based therapy to support this process.
