Our Services

At Rise Staffing, we offer a range of services to support individuals with developmental disabilities. These services include:

• Vocational & Pre-Vocational Services: We match individuals eager to work with employers in their communities. Our vocational services empower people with disabilities to live independently and fulfilling lives. We work closely with employers and individuals to find the right job match, resulting in loyal and hard-working employees and fulfilling work opportunities.
• Residential Support Services: We provide residential support services to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes. Our program services are tailored to meet each individual's needs, abilities, and interests. We strive to provide the space and support for individuals to get the most out of their homes and live as independently as possible.
• Employment Services: We provide employment services at no cost to employers. Our job studies and job matching services help employers find wonderfully trained and reliable employees. Our video resumes help individuals showcase their skills and abilities to potential employers.
• Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services: We serve DDS and DRS Waivers and are committed to providing the best possible care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team of experienced and dedicated professionals works closely with each individual to create a personalized plan of care and support.
