Therapeutic Martial Arts is a unique and specialized martial arts studio that offers a wide range of programs designed to benefit students of all ages and skill levels. Founded by Master Fahim Yusufzai in 1993 in Hamburg, Germany, and later relocated to Orange County, California in 2004, our mission is to provide students with the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment.
Our Mission
At Therapeutic Martial Arts, we believe that martial arts training should not only focus on physical skills, but also on personal growth and development. Our instructors are dedicated to teaching students the values of tolerance, self-control, and discipline, while promoting physical fitness and coordination. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual student, whether they are a beginner or an experienced martial artist.
Programs
We offer a variety of programs to suit different needs and ages, including:
- Little Tiger Program: Designed for preschool children aged 3-5, this program focuses on developing essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline.
- Basic Program: Suitable for children and adults of all ages, this program teaches the fundamental skills of Tae Kwon Do, including punching, kicking, and self-defense techniques.
- Black Belt Club Program: For children and adults aged 6 and above, this program offers advanced training in Tae Kwon Do, including board breaking, free sparring, and self-defense techniques.
- Master Club Program: Designed for advanced students, this program offers unlimited weekly instruction and specialized training in self-defense, sparring, and board breaking.
- Autism Special Training: Our specially designed program for children with autism offers private training sessions tailored to their individual needs.

Master Fahim Yusufzai, a renowned martial arts expert with over 25 years of experience, is the founder and head instructor of Therapeutic Martial Arts. With a background in Tae Kwon Do and extensive experience in teaching children and adults of all ages, Master Fahim is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for his students.
