Founded in 1979 by Gerry Koprowski, our family-owned business is dedicated to providing high-quality, house-made food and outstanding, professional service for every event. We are a team of talented and creative event coordinators and chefs who are eager to make your event a memorable one.
Our planning team is ready to answer any questions you may have about your event and guide you through the many options available. We take pride in being great listeners and will do our best to tailor our food to your budget, taste, and vision. Our menus are just a starting point, as the options are truly endless. We use only the freshest ingredients, with a focus on local and seasonal products, to ensure that every dish is not only delicious but also visually stunning.
Our team includes Gerry Koprowski, the founder, who has recently started Two Flowers Food Company, a gluten-free division of Trifles. She is actively involved in all aspects of running the business and knows and loves food! Kris Koprowski, our controller and owner, is the "go-to guy" for all aspects of the business. He keeps Trifles running smoothly. Neil MacKenzie, our executive chef, is Scottish-born and has worked in various culinary roles across the UK and Europe. Jean Ann Koprowski, our event planner and owner, has twenty plus years in the restaurant business and is computer savvy, excelling in people skills and attention to detail.
