A Journey Towards Self-Discovery and Connection

My journey into the field of mental health emerged from a profound period of personal growth and transformation. Seeking answers and a deeper understanding of myself, I found solace in therapy, where I cultivated the ability to reflect, practice self-awareness, and cultivate healthy relationships. As my path unfolded, I became fascinated by the vast wisdom of diverse spiritual traditions and the profound potential of astrology to illuminate the human experience.

From Spiritual Inquiry to Professional Expertise

Inspired by my own transformative experiences, I pursued advanced studies in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and honed my skills at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco. Today, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, equipped with the knowledge and tools to guide others on their journeys of self-discovery.

Utilizing Ancient Wisdom for Empowerment

My therapeutic approach integrates scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom traditions like astrology, tarot, and the Enneagram. By exploring these frameworks, we can:

  • Identify and amplify our strengths and superpowers.
  • Gain clarity on where we need support and how to address specific challenges.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of our emotional landscape and improve our ability to manage them.
  • Discover the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Empowering Individuals to Embrace Their Authentic Selves

I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their deepest selves, embrace their imperfections, and find strength in their vulnerability. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and aspirations.

Beyond the Physical

My journey of self-discovery has been enriched by my own experiences as a disabled individual. This unique perspective allows me to address the complexities of social constructs, privilege, and the power of inclusive dialogue. I consider myself a white, cis-/hetero male and actively engage in conversations surrounding privilege, social justice, and dismantling harmful narratives.
