My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is centered around a strength-based model, incorporating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I believe that everyone has the inherent ability to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As your therapist, I will work closely with you to maximize your self-efficacy, ensuring that the goals we set are concrete and attainable, and the changes we realize are sustainable once met.

Insurance and Payment

I accept multiple insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Optum/United, Cigna, and Magellan, as well as offer sliding scale services for those without insurance or those who demonstrate need. I also accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.
