Located in the heart of Red Bank, New Jersey, The Brothers Restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 100 years. Once known as the West End Hotel, it later became a local tavern before being transformed into the beloved restaurant we know today.

Our story began in 1957 when Bill "Dilly" Pecoraro took over the business with his brother Tony, thus becoming "The Brothers." Dilly was the fourth child in a family of eight children. His parents, Assunta and Tobio Pecoraro, immigrated to the United States from Naples, Italy in 1908.

In 1960, Dilly's brother Tony passed away, leaving him to continue the restaurant as a family business. His sister Millie took over the kitchen, while her husband Tony Cortese worked as a bartender and handyman.

In February 2003, the restaurant was sold to Jim Turner and Ralph Ventre, who decided to upgrade and improve the menu while maintaining the casual, family-friendly atmosphere that The Brothers Restaurant is known for. Today, we offer a wide variety of appetizers, dinners, wraps, salads, burgers, and desserts, including our signature pizza.
