Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with Brad Seibert and his team. Candace Bunker-Larsen, for instance, was disappointed when Brad told her that her husband, who is self-employed, could not qualify for a home loan despite providing extensive documentation, including tax returns and bank statements. She had to find another lender who was able to help her secure a loan. Olivia Molina also had a terrible experience with Brad, stating that she went through a lot of difficulties with him and had to figure out the down payment assistance on her own.

Additionally, Kelly Sanchez and Seerex had issues with Brad's follow-up and communication. Kelly set an appointment to speak to Brad, but he was 50 minutes late and did not call her at the appointed time. Seerex was also unhappy with Brad's performance, stating that he was offered a rate over a full point higher than what was quoted on bankrate.com.
