Our Services

We are proud to offer an extensive range of services that match or beat all retail prices, including Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Convenient Pill Packets or vials. Our MTM certified pharmacists provide a complete review of medications to optimize therapy results, and we offer individual pill packs at no extra cost to our patients. Regular medication vials are also available upon preference.

Our pharmacy team carefully reviews all medications, verifying their safety, and answering any questions related to medication interactions or side effects.

Convenient Pill Packets or Vials

We provide all of our patients' medications in individual and sealed pill packs at no extra cost. This convenient month's supply of medications ensures patients take their medications as prescribed. Regular medication vials are also provided if preferred.

About The Founder

The Founder of Horizons Pharmacy Services, Dr. Noushin Abdehou, received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in 2006 from Western University, College of Pharmacy, in Pomona, California. Her primary focus has been in Long-Term-Care pharmacy for the elderly, which has been her area of passion and expertise. Dr. Abdehou is married to Dr. Amir HagShenas, an implant and cosmetic dentist in San Jose, California. Together, they have two fantastic children. During her free time, Dr. Abdehou enjoys reading and walking their two dogs with her family daily.
