Our team consists of Tessa Parziale Rigattieri, the broker and owner of Tessa Parziale Real Estate, who has been licensed since 2006 and has extensive knowledge of the Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts areas. Tessa is joined by her team of experienced agents including Tia, Krissy, Mark Mowers, and Brieyana Santana, each with their own unique skills and areas of expertise.

Tia, our experienced real estate agent, is dedicated to helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise in your local market. She is committed to guiding you through each step of the buying or selling process and ensuring that your experience is as stress-free as possible.

Krissy, another member of our team, has lived in New Hampshire for most of her life and is very familiar with the state. She loves that we have the beach, mountains, and lakes region, offering a little bit of something for everyone. She is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and is dedicated to helping you find your dream home in these areas.

Mark Mowers, our real estate agent, has extensive leasing experience with rental properties, purchasing experience with new construction, and in-depth research and knowledge of waterfront properties in New Hampshire's lake's region. He has a strong grasp on the topics that need to be discussed with both buyers and sellers before making their investment.

Brieyana Santana, our newest agent, was born and raised in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. She spent most of her years before 21 working in the financial industry, with Citizens Bank. She then joined the U.S Army as Active Duty Artillery, becoming one of the first females in combat arms ever stationed overseas. She received her Associate's Degree in Fire Science/Building Construction in 2020 and is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree now. Still being an active duty military family today on the last stretch, she has extensive experience in buying homes all around the country, with many years of VA loan knowledge.
