Shaffer Entertainment is a premier provider of currency-operated entertainment equipment and on-premise promotions. Since our establishment in 1988, we have been dedicated to serving a diverse group of business establishments, including bars and taverns, bowling centers, family entertainment centers, movie theatres, and restaurants throughout the greater central Ohio and Indiana regions, as well as select corporate accounts nationally.
Our Services

Equipment Rentals: We offer a variety of entertainment equipment, including jukeboxes, arcade games, electronic dart boards, pool tables, crane merchandisers, and ATMs. Our team of experienced veterans has developed a trusting reputation for providing customers the very best in entertainment equipment.
2. On-Premise Promotions: We are the preeminent supplier and facilitator of on-premise promotions, including local soft-tip dart, VNEA-BCA pool, Golden Tee Golf and Silver Strike Bowling leagues. We are also a founding member of the annual Summer Showdown, one of the Nation's largest soft-tip dart tournaments.

History
Founded in 1988 as an affiliate division of the Shaffer Distributing Company, Shaffer Services, Inc. (GO Amusements) was formed in Columbus, Ohio when Shaffer Distributing's current owner and then President Steve Shaffer acquired and merged three local vending operators-GO Coin, Modern Music and Ace Vending. Over the past thirty-plus years, reputational growth along with strategic acquisitions have allowed Shaffer Entertainment to expand its footprint across the Midwest with additional offices in Indianapolis and Richmond, Indiana. Most recently, we've expanded our footprint even further by providing our services to corporate accounts located throughout the United States.
Today, with fourth-generation family member Scott Shaffer as president, Shaffer Entertainment's team of highly experienced veterans have developed a trusting reputation for providing customers the very best jukeboxes, arcade games, electronic dart boards, pool tables, crane merchandisers and ATMs.
Reparations and Customer Service
Shaffer's has received praise for its excellent customer service and repair work. Mo Diallo and Jessica Coburn both gave the company 5-star ratings after having a positive experience. Mo Diallo had issues with a change machine at a laundromat and Tiffany Riddle helped him bring it to Shaffer's for repair. Dave Westfall took care of the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. Jessica Coburn raved about Tom Ceckitti, the dart coordinator, who runs leagues with professionalism and effort.
Quality of Products and Services
However, Meagan Von Reuter and Addison Kincaid had poor experiences with Shaffer's products and services. Meagan purchased a refurbished outdoor machine two years ago, which developed problems with the control board and display unit. Although the company fixed some of the issues at no charge, Meagan was not satisfied with the repairs and felt pressured into paying for additional work. Addison Kincaid had a bad experience at the Deer Creek state park arcade, which was sponsored by Shaffer's. The arcade machines were broken, and the prize hub had limited options and no large prizes.
