Our Story

At Cole's Bakery & Cafe, our story began in 2013 with a vision to create a safe and welcoming place for people with dietary restrictions to enjoy delicious food together. We were founded on the principles of providing good food that is always 100% gluten-free and peanut-free. Our journey has been marked by growth, adaptation, and a commitment to excellence.

Our History

From our humble beginnings in 2013, we have navigated the challenges of building a business while adapting to changes in the market and the community. In 2014, we navigated the construction of our new restaurant, compliance with state and federal rules, and marketing to start the business. In 2015, we expanded our bakery offerings to include Grab and Go items such as family-sized lasagna and other easy-to-heat entrees right from the freezer. In 2016, we began offering Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 7 days a week.
