Emily understands that each individual is unique, and she draws from a variety of modalities to create the most effective treatment plan. These modalities include psychodynamic psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and specialized training in Maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders from Postpartum Support International.
