Our Story

Homegrown Tap & Dough was born from the shared vision of Jean-Philippe Failyau and Peter Newlin, two friends who met while working at the original Park Burger. With a passion for Italian cuisine and a love for the great outdoors, they set out to create a restaurant that celebrates the unique spirit of Colorado.
