Peoples Yoga is a yoga studio based in Lansing, MI, with a mission to provide accessible, connected, and life-affirming yoga to every body. Teacher Training

At Peoples Yoga, we are committed to the ongoing education and growth of our teachers. We offer Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training programs for those who wish to deepen their practice and share their knowledge and passion for yoga with others. Our teacher training programs are designed to provide a solid foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. We offer 200-hour and 300-hour training programs, as well as specialized training in aerial yoga.

The Studio
