Our Story

My name is Amy Weaver, and I'm the owner and head baker of Lucky Street Cakes. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, and baking has always been something I've enjoyed. As a mom, I've had the pleasure of baking cakes for my children's birthdays, which sparked my passion for cake design. I honed my skills as a head cake decorator at a well-known bakery in Frisco, TX, before deciding to take the leap and start my own business.
