In 1992, founders Meaders and Robert Ozarow, food enthusiasts and artists, embarked on a mission to bring artisanal baking to Dallas. What started as a small shop on Oak Lawn Avenue has grown into a beloved Dallas institution, serving families and wholesale customers around the clock, 364 days a year.
