Our team of experienced interpreters and translators provides high-quality language services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our interpretation services include On-Site Interpretation, Telephonic Interpretation, and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI), which can be applied to various subjects and industries such as banking, community, educational, legal, medical, and workman's compensation cases. We also offer document translation services, providing accurate and culturally sensitive translations of written materials.
In addition to our interpretation and translation services, we offer education and training programs for professional interpreters, including Continuing Education for Professional Interpreters and Workplace Seminars. These programs are designed to help interpreters improve their skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Our Story
Our founders, Gene and Alice Rainone, bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the language services industry. After spending 15 years in Ecuador, they returned to the United States with an in-depth understanding of Latin America and the Spanish language. They went on to become instructors of Spanish at Community Colleges in Western North Carolina and authored nine text books used in the classroom. In 2004, they formed Verbatim Language Services, Inc. to expand their services to interpretation and translation.
