Paula brings extensive academic expertise to our team, holding an M.A. in Medical and Healthcare Translation and a B.A. in Technical, Scientific, and Literary Translation. Her career in healthcare, working as a Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) within one of the nation's top 15 healthcare systems in Asheville, provided her with invaluable insight into the complexities of medical communication.

Paula leverages her combined experience in healthcare and translation to specialize in supporting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals with high-quality communication and excellent patient care.
