Services
Emotionally Focused Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach for couples and families that addresses relationship distress by fostering emotional connection. Our therapists use EFT to help clients break negative interaction patterns, develop secure bonds, and improve communication through 16-20 sessions, with 70-75% achieving recovery.
Individual Counseling
Personalized individual counseling addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions for clients aged 9+. Our therapists use cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve emotional well-being through a collaborative, strengths-based therapeutic relationship.
Family Therapy
Family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships across generations. Our clinicians address behavioral issues in children, parenting challenges, and intergenerational dynamics using systemic approaches that promote understanding and create healthier family interaction patterns.
Trauma Treatment
Specialized trauma treatment combines EMDR therapy with traditional counseling to address PTSD and traumatic memories. This approach helps clients process distressing experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop coping mechanisms to manage symptoms related to childhood trauma, accidents, or life-altering events.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on restoring emotional connection and resolving relationship distress through Emotionally Focused Therapy. Our clinicians help partners identify destructive patterns, improve communication, and rebuild trust, with options for standard weekly sessions or intensive 2-3 day marital retreats.
