Our History

Our company was founded by Norman Olsen in 1967, and has been passed down through generations. Blair Olsen, Norman's son, took over the company operations in 1986 and continued to build upon the foundation established by his father. In 1990, Mike Loughney joined Olsen Construction and formed a partnership with Blair Olsen, expanding the company to include a restoration division. Today, Olsen Construction and Restoration Company, Inc. is a leader in the industry, with a team of 16 skilled employees and preferred licensed subcontractors.
