Who We Are

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Anchorage (BOMA Anchorage) is an organization of commercial property owners, managers, leasing agents, and allied professionals with an interest in promoting the professional, educational, and legislative interests of the commercial property industry in the State of Alaska. Our membership represents a cross-section of the Commercial Real Estate Industry in Alaska, with members in Anchorage, and as far north as Fairbanks and south to Juneau.

Our Mission

As a non-profit organization, BOMA Anchorage is committed to providing its members with the resources, education, and networking opportunities they need to succeed in the commercial real estate industry. We strive to promote the professional, educational, and legislative interests of our members, while also giving back to the community through charitable events and activities.
