At Conceptual Designs, Inc., we believe in a collaborative approach to design. Our process begins with an initial consultation where we listen to your needs, discuss your budget, and tour your current space. We then develop a Program that outlines your requirements and our proposed solutions.

Our design phase involves creating inspiration presentations, preliminary space plans, and furniture and finish selections. We work closely with you to ensure that every detail reflects your brand and vision. We also prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and an estimated budget and timeline for your project.

Once we have finalized the design, we prepare documents to solicit competitive bids from contractors. We guide you through the selection process and coordinate with contractors and vendors to initiate the project. Throughout the construction phase, we conduct regular site visits to ensure that the design intent is actualized. We also promptly address any questions from contractors and vendors and manage the project timeline.

Finally, we coordinate the scheduling of furniture, artwork, and window shades installation. We supervise the installation process and create a punch list of any items that need to be addressed. After the project is completed, we conduct a post-occupancy evaluation to ensure your satisfaction.
