Disappointing Experience with Tom's Services
Poor Performance and Deception
The reviewer, Mark Ferguson, had a very negative experience with Tom's services. Tom failed to deliver on his promises, and the email list size did not increase as estimated. Instead, fake contacts were imported, artificially inflating the list size.
Unethical Business Practices
To make matters worse, Tom continued to charge Mark's credit card even after their partnership ended. When confronted, Tom admitted to the mistake and promised refunds, but instead sent fake refund notices. He later claimed his company was bankrupt and had no money, yet was seen driving a Ferrari on Facebook.
Lack of Responsiveness and Transparency
Tom stopped responding to Mark's emails and inquiries, and even blocked him on social media. This lack of accountability and transparency only added to the frustration and disappointment.
