Our Companies

We operate two divisions: Professional Staffing and Private Duty. Our Professional Staffing division offers healthcare facilities with temporary staffing relief, providing per diem and long-term contracts. Our Private Duty division provides in-home one-on-one care for individuals who require short-term or long-term assistance post-illness, injury, or treatment.

Professional Staffing Services

Our professional staffing division draws in nurses, aides, and sitters who love variety and the opportunity to expand their areas of expertise. We offer per diem and contractual agreements that cater to the specific needs of our clients. Our contractual agreements allow for a nurse or aide to work in a professional setting for typically an 8-13 week time frame with a possible renewal at the conclusion. Our per diem shifts provide complete freedom for the nurse, aide, or sitter to work when they want to, with a variety of work experiences. We also offer weekly deposits into our employees' accounts, making it convenient for them to manage their finances.

In-Home Care and Staffing Services

Our in-home care and staffing services provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach to home care. Our skilled professionals deliver high-quality care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our in-home infusion services offer patients the convenience of receiving their infusions at home, administered by a highly skilled registered nurse.

Private Duty Services

Our private duty division provides one-on-one care for individuals who require short-term or long-term assistance post-illness, injury, or treatment. We offer flexible scheduling options and provide respite for family caregivers who need time off from caring for a loved one. Our team of dedicated caregivers provides personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Accreditation and Certification

NR, Inc. holds Joint Commission Accreditation for both our Professional Staffing and Private Duty divisions. We are also licensed and certified by the Kentucky Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Joint Commission. We are proud members of the Infusion Nurses Society and the National Home Infusion Association.
