Norcen Industries initially started in 1967 by two men with a dream. They began in a 5,000 square foot facility as mainly a plastics distributor. Eventually, after the company was put into a sole owner, they started the machine shop side of the business. Even with the new side of the business in the equation, we were still the largest raw plastics distributor in the area. Over the years, Norcen became known more for its precision machine shop than the plastics distribution, but are still the largest raw plastics distributor in the area. Today, located in North Central Pennsylvanian's West Branch Susquehanna Valley, Norcen currently conducts our operations in a modern 36,250 square foot facility with more than 30 CNC machines. Some of our machines include several state-of-the-art CNC EDM machines. This makes Norcen the most advanced, versatile, and largest precision machine shop in the area. Norcen is also the largest distributor of plastic sheet, rod, and tube in the area.
