Services
Float Rooms
Our spacious float rooms provide a luxurious environment for sensory deprivation therapy. Designed with accessibility in mind, these rooms feature conventional doors and ample height to eliminate claustrophobia. The experience promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity through weightless floating in Epsom salt-infused water. Guests can customize their session with optional starry sky lighting or complete darkness for maximum sensory disconnection.
Infrared Saunas
Sunlighten infrared saunas deliver three distinct wavelengths for comprehensive wellness benefits. Near-infrared enhances cellular energy production, mid-infrared improves circulation, and far-infrared promotes deep detoxification. Clinically proven to raise core body temperature by 3F, these saunas support cardiovascular health, muscle recovery, and skin rejuvenation through non-invasive heat therapy in a safe, controlled environment.
Blissful Massage
Customized massage treatments address individual needs through various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. Our skilled practitioners focus on muscle tension relief, posture improvement, and stress reduction. Sessions incorporate aromatherapy and heated stone options to enhance relaxation while promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage for accelerated healing.
Freshly Brewed Coffee
Artisan coffee service complements wellness treatments with premium roasted beans prepared to individual preferences. The caf environment provides a social gathering space while caffeine's stimulant properties enhance post-treatment alertness. Specialty drinks and light snacks create a balanced wellness experience combining physical therapy with comforting rituals.
