Twin Hills Golf Course

Welcome to Twin Hills Golf Course, a premier public golf course located in Spencerport, New York. We are open for the 2024 season and are excited to invite you to experience the beauty and challenge of our 18-hole course.

Our Story

Twin Hills Golf Course is newly owned and operated by Kris Oaks, who is dedicated to keeping the Twin Hills tradition alive. The course was originally built in 1969 by twins Warren and Russel Hill, who took their inspiration from the land on which the course sits - part of Moncony Farms, farmed by the Hill family since the mid-1800s. The twins were prominent Holstein dairy cow breeders and also grew cherries, peaches, and apples. Their years of farming experience gave them the necessary know-how to handle the project, even though neither twin had ever golfed.

In March of 1969, the cherry and peach orchards were bulldozed out to clear for Twin Hills Golf Course. The Hill families finished fairways and roughs, planted trees, and completed drainage work. The course opened on July 20, 1970.

About the Course

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course now plays to 6460 yards. Twin Hills is a Public 18-hole course featuring a mix of hardwoods, ponds, creeks, and rolling terrain. Hole #14 is the signature hole, a par 3 with lots of water to make it interesting. It's perennially on Rochester's Best Holes list, and plays from 100 to 200 yards depending on tee and pin placement. #5 is part of what the locals call "Death Valley, " 12, 13, 14, and 15; be straight or you are doomed, but lots of fun if you make the shots.

Driving Range

The Twin Hills Golf Course driving range is open to the public and suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The driving range features a large grass tee area, a practice bunker, and a chipping green. Whether you want to work on your swing, practice your short game, or simply have some fun, Twin Hills Golf Course's driving range is the perfect place to enjoy golf.

Grill & Tap Room

Our clubhouse menu offers a variety of delicious options to satisfy your appetite before or after your game. Restaurant hours are Monday-Friday: 11AM-8ish PM and Saturday & Sunday: 11AM-6ish PM. Be sure to check out our seasonal specials and limited-time menus during certain times of the day.
