Our Story

The Reserve at Bluebird Hill opened its doors five years ago with the intent of creating lifetime celebrations. Our picturesque venue is nestled on 75-acres of lush green hills in East Tennessee and boasts an elegant 5,500 square-foot event center. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of services and amenities to accommodate weddings, receptions, corporate events, family reunions, and more.

Weddings and Receptions

As a bride and groom, choosing your wedding venue is one of the most important decisions of the planning process. At The Reserve at Bluebird Hill, we offer four different ceremony locations to accommodate your style and guest count. Our facility is complete with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a 50'' flat screen TV and DVD player, several gardens with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains, a stonepit firepit, bridal suite, kitchen, and FREE parking for over 300. Our team works closely with the finest vendors in Knoxville to help you create an event that reflects your unique personality.

Corporate Events and Meetings

The Reserve at Bluebird Hill can accommodate your next corporate retreat or meeting. We offer a quiet setting complete with parking, a 50'' TV and DVD player, WiFi, controlled lighting, tables, and chairs, as well as catering menus to service your corporate needs. Our venue is conveniently located close to the Knoxville McGee Tyson Airport and I-40 interstate.

Special Occasions

Our elegant event center is the perfect location for special occasions such as Bridal and Baby Showers, Holiday Parties, Quinceanera's, and family reunions.
