At Cinnabar Winery, we're a family-owned business that embodies the perfect blend of science and nature's magic in winemaking. Our story begins in 1983, when late Tom Mudd founded our winery with passion and determination. Under his leadership, we planted vineyards and built a majestic winery in the Santa Cruz Mountains. After Tom's passing, we moved to our current location in downtown Saratoga in 2007. Our winery has been owned by Ron Mosley since 2019, who has brought a new level of excitement and enthusiasm to our operations.
