Our founder and president, Eric Darooge, is a passionate advocate for custom home building. He sees each project as an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy and takes pride in every home he builds. With a degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, Eric has earned a reputation as a leader in the custom home industry over the past 25 years. He is a lover of the great Michigan outdoors, an avid hockey player and mountain biker, and a guitar aficionado. Eric lives with his wife Sara in Boyne City, MI, and enjoys all the opportunities that Northern Michigan has to offer.

We are also fortunate to have Susan Beery on our team as our Business Manager. With over two decades of accounting and finance experience, Susan ensures that the business side of Eastmark Construction runs smoothly, providing complete satisfaction for both clients and our valued subcontractors and suppliers. A University of Michigan graduate, Susan lives with her husband and son in the Grand Rapids area. She is a fan of college sports, cheering for all teams in the Big Ten, and her favorite place is anywhere on the lakeshore with a dog beach.

Mark Andres, our General Manager and Master Craftsman, has built a career around facilitating high-end residential construction. His expertise in project management and commitment to quality craftsmanship have been instrumental in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
