Our journey in the world of coffee began with Paul, who embarked on his roasting career in 1982 as a Roastmaster for Coffee Bean International. Paul's expertise extends beyond roasting; he is a renowned coffee expert, serving as a former President of the Specialty Coffee Association, a foundational member and long-time participant in the Roasters Guild, and a recognized coffee Roastmaster and green coffee buyer. His passion for coffee extends to mentorship, as he guides and inspires the next generation of coffee enthusiasts.

Rachel, Paul's daughter, followed in her father's footsteps, immersing herself in the world of coffee from a young age. After starting her coffee journey in 2003 at CBI, learning the intricate details of coffee retail and operations, Rachel honed her skills in Hawaii, where she lived and worked for a large Kona coffee company from 2012 to 2016. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the global coffee landscape, solidifying her commitment to sustainably sourced, high-quality beans.
