Our Leadership

At the helm of our organization are two experienced individuals who have a combined 55 years of experience in the construction industry. Kevin Duncan brings over 23 years of expertise in plan and design coordination for commercial and residential projects, as well as hands-on project management experience. Scott Theis, on the other hand, has over 32 years of experience in construction and over 27 years in field management. Together, they form a formidable team that is equipped to handle projects of all sizes and complexities.
